For the dumplings:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)

1 cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms)

1/2 teaspoon ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon garlic paste

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Fresh coriander for garnish

For the soup:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, minced

2 tablespoons curry powder

1 can (400ml) coconut milk

4 cups vegetable broth

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dumpling Dough:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and turmeric powder. Gradually add water and knead until you achieve a soft and pliable dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

      Make the Dumpling Filling:

        - In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic paste, sauté until fragrant.

            Form the Dumplings:

              - Divide the rested dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a round disc about 3 inches in diameter.

                - Place a teaspoon of the vegetable filling in the center of each disc, fold and seal the edges by pinching them together to form a dumpling. Repeat until all dough and filling are used.
