2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Olive oil, for brushing

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves and a sprinkle of sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken mixture.

      Wrap it Up: Carefully roll the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go to create a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
