Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined and creamy.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface, and spread about 1/4 of the cheese and chicken mixture evenly in the center of the tortilla.

Top the mixture with a handful of spinach leaves and a sprinkle of diced tomatoes if desired.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and drizzle a bit of olive oil to coat the surface.

Place the wraps seam-side down on the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy, then flip to brown the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let them sit for a minute before slicing in half.

Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
