Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large whole wheat or regular tortillas

3 tablespoons garlic butter (melted)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup baby spinach leaves

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, melted garlic butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Place a handful of baby spinach in the center of each tortilla.

      Divide the cheesy chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it over the spinach.

        Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll from the bottom up, tightly securing the filling inside.

          Heat a grill pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil or cooking spray.

            Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

              Once done, remove from heat and let the wraps cool for a minute. Slice in half, if desired, and serve warm.
