2 large chicken breasts, diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

    Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.

      Combine Chicken and Cheese: Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and add the cheese mixture to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and everything is well incorporated. Remove from heat.
