Ingredients

2 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup snap peas

2 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece of ginger, grated

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Ramen: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 4-5 minutes). Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Heat the Pan: In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the pan. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Stir Fry the Vegetables: In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the broccoli, red bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry the veggies for about 4-5 minutes, until they are tender but still crisp.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked ramen noodles and the chicken back to the pan. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary.

Garnish and Serve: Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Ramen Stir Fry!
