One of the standout features of this salad is its reliance on seasonal ingredients, specifically cucumbers and strawberries. Seasonal produce is not only fresher but also more flavorful, as fruits and vegetables harvested at their peak ripeness retain their natural sweetness and nutrient density. When you choose ingredients that are in season, you contribute to sustainable farming practices and enjoy the best taste nature has to offer.
