4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

      Prep the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into each breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

        Stuff the Chicken: Spoon a generous amount of the cheese and spinach mixture into each chicken pocket. Use toothpicks to secure the opening if necessary.

          Sear the Chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the stuffed chicken breasts and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

            Bake the Chicken: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
