1 cup cauliflower florets

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.

In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture, stirring until everything is well coated.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
