Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for heat preference)

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup spinach leaves

2 green onions, chopped, for garnish

2 soft-boiled eggs (for serving)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Make the Broth: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in the chicken broth, followed by the soy sauce, gochujang, and sriracha. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer.

Cook the Noodles: Add the instant ramen noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-4 minutes). Stir occasionally, making sure the noodles are submerged and absorbing the flavors.

Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and an additional clove of minced garlic (if desired). Gradually add this mixture to the broth and noodles, stirring well to create a creamy consistency.

Add Spinach: Toss the fresh spinach leaves into the broth just a minute before serving, allowing them to wilt.

Assemble the Ramen Bowls: Divide the ramen mixture between serving bowls. Top with the sliced chicken, a soft-boiled egg, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve Hot: Enjoy your Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce while hot, adding extra sriracha if you crave more heat!
