1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup cucumber, sliced

½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

½ cup hummus or tzatziki sauce

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
