Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tbsp sweet relish

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, white vinegar, sweet relish, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well-blended and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up into small pieces with a spatula. Drain excess fat, if necessary.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out a flour tortilla and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the special sauce in the center. Add a portion of the cooked ground beef, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, chopped onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Serve: Cut each wrap in half on a diagonal and serve with extra special sauce on the side for dipping.
