2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup long-grain white rice, cooked

1 ripe avocado, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen)

1 small red onion, finely chopped

Lime wedges, for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
