Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for spice tolerance)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch pieces) and place them in a mixing bowl.

Season the Salmon: Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon cubes. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Gently toss to coat the salmon evenly with the seasoning.

Make the Hot Honey Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine the honey, sriracha, and lime juice. Heat over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until it’s warmed through and thoroughly mixed. Remove from heat and set aside.

Bake the Salmon: Place the seasoned salmon bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spread out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.

Glaze the Salmon: Once the salmon bites are out of the oven, drizzle the hot honey sauce over them while they’re still warm. Gently toss to coat the bites in the sauce.

Garnish and Serve: Transfer the hot honey salmon bites to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty touch. Enjoy!
