Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for spice level)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Make the Hot Honey Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

Preheat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Cook the Salmon Bites: Add the salmon cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.

Glaze the Salmon: Pour the hot honey sauce over the cooked salmon bites. Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes, carefully tossing to coat the salmon evenly in the glaze.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat. Transfer the salmon bites to a serving plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

Enjoy: Serve hot as an appetizer or over a bed of rice for a delicious main dish.
