1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

Extra chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers for topping

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

      Combine Wet and Dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

        Add Chocolate and Graham Crackers: Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

          Preheat the Griddle: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little butter.

            Cook the Pancakes: Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet for each pancake. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles start to form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2 minutes until golden brown.
