Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a large, lightly floured surface. Do not separate the triangles yet; instead, press the seams together to create a single rectangle.

Sprinkle Ingredients: Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, and grated Parmesan cheese over the dough. Add the Italian seasoning for extra flavor.

Roll the Dough: Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Once rolled, pinch the seams to seal it.

Slice into Rolls: Using a sharp knife, cut the rolled dough into 1-inch segments to create individual croissant rolls.

Prepare for Baking: Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops of each roll with the beaten egg to give them a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 rolls
