Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup of sliced pepperoni

1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforations.

On each triangle, place 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and 3-4 slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano and garlic powder over the cheese and pepperoni.

Starting at the wide end of the triangle, roll the dough up tightly towards the narrow tip. Place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet with the point facing down.

In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the croissant rolls for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
