2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped

1 banana, sliced and frozen

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings: sliced fresh peaches, granola, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, fresh mint leaves, and any seasonal berries of your choice.

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, frozen banana slices, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
