Pina Colada Sangria

This refreshing blend combines white wine, coconut rum, and pineapple juice, mixed with juicy fruits like pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, and oranges. Perfect for summer gatherings or a fun evening at home, it’s easy to prepare and ready to chill in just over two hours. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint for a delightful tropical twist that will impress your guests!

Ingredients
  

1 bottle (750ml) white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

1 cup coconut rum

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup soda water (or lemon-lime soda for extra sweetness)

1 medium pineapple, diced

2 ripe kiwis, sliced

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup orange slices

1 lime, sliced

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions
 

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, coconut rum, and pineapple juice. Stir gently to mix the liquids together.

    Add the diced pineapple, kiwi slices, strawberries, orange slices, and lime slices to the pitcher. Stir to combine the fruits with the liquid.

      Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

        Just before serving, add the soda water (or lemon-lime soda) to the pitcher for a refreshing fizz. Stir gently.

          Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Pina Colada Sangria over the ice.

            Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and additional fruit slices if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
