Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2-3 limes)

1/4 cup agave syrup or honey (adjust for sweetness)

1 cup sparkling water or club soda

1/2 teaspoon lime zest

Ice cubes

Lime wedges and strawberries for garnish

Coarse salt or sugar for rimming the glasses (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Glasses: If you'd like to rim your glasses, rub a lime wedge around the rim and dip it in coarse salt or sugar to coat. Set aside.

Make the Strawberry Puree: In a blender, add the sliced strawberries and blend until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier consistency, you can pulse the blender a few times.

Combine Ingredients: In a mixing pitcher, combine the strawberry puree, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and lime zest. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed together.

Add Sparkling Water: Slowly add the sparkling water or club soda to the mixture, stirring gently to combine. Be careful not to stir too vigorously to retain the fizz.

Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the strawberry-lime mixture over the ice. Garnish with lime wedges and a whole strawberry on the rim of each glass.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing mocktail with family and friends!
